Provided consulting services for over 13,600’ of interchange, storage and service tracks* for a major industrial project in Mooresboro, North Carolina.

Developed conceptual plans for track systems to serve proposed Industrial Parks in Halifax County, NC and Laurens County, GA.

Provided consulting services for three ethanol track projects at fuel terminals in Selma and Greensboro, NC and in Chesapeake, VA. Scope of work included development of conceptual and detailed track designs*, securing railroad approvals, coordination with mechanical and electrical engineers, assistance with bid process and construction observations.

Provided consulting services for development of detailed track designs*, coordination with local authorities for required permits* and assistance with the bid process for construction of new sidings that enabled a short line railroad in Savannah, GA to handle unit trains of wood pellets.

Conducted a due diligence inspection of infrastructure for a company considering acquisition of a short line railroad in Iowa.
